Welcome Reception

We will hold a welcome reception in the evening of May 21 at the conference place.  All participants are welcome.

Excursion

We are planning an excursion in the afternoon of May 23.  We plan to go to Kinkakuji Temple, Kiyomizudera Temple, and Fushimi Inari Shrine, all of which are among the top sightseeing attractions.  We will use a coach bus.  We will leave the conference site around 12:30 p.m..  After the excursion, the bus will take the excursion participants to the banquet place. The arrival time will be around 6:30. p.m.


We will provide a light meal for lunch, which we will have in the bus. We will prepare a limited number of vegetarian meals.  To make the estimate precise, we ask the excursion participants to send the request of the vegetarian meal by May 10 if they want it.

The excursion fee is not included in the registration fee.  We will separately sell the ticket for the excursion at the registration page .  It costs 5,000 JPY per person.

Banquet

We will hold a banquet in the evening of May 23 at Kyoto Royal Hotel & Spa.  It will be in a buffet-style.

The excursion coach will take the excursion participants to the hotel. Those who skip the excursion but want to attend the banquet should make their way by themselves.  For the access to the banquet place, visit the top page of Kyoto Royal Hotel & Spa.

The banquet fee is not included in the registration fee. We will separately sell the banquet ticket at the registration page.  It costs 9,000 JPY.
