Who is Masahiro Hachimori?

• I am an associate professor of the Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering, University of Tsukuba.
  Until March 2004, we had been members of Institute of Policy and Planning Sciences.
• I was a researcher at the Quantum Computation and Information Project, ERATO, JST, from Oct. 2000 to Mar. 2002.
• I got my Ph.D at Dept. of Systems Science, University of Tokyo in March, 2000.
  The adviser was Prof. Masataka Nakamura.
• I am interested in
  • topological combinatorics (eg. 52B22 Shellability)
  • combinatorial optimization, discrete geometry, etc.
• My Erdős number is 3.
