演　題　　　：　Equivalence theorem in matching with contracts

This paper considers a model of matching with contracts (Hatfield and Milgrom (2005)), and explores desirable properties of the doctor-optimal stable mechanism. We show that the doctor-optimal stable mechanism is efficient for doctors if and only if it is group strategy-proof for doctors if and only if it is Maskin monotonic for doctors.
