Access to Kyoto from Kansai International Airport

There are two ways from Kansai Airport to Kyoto, by bus or by train.  If you choose to go by bus, there is a timetable with a fare at: http://www.kate.co.jp/en/timetable/detail/KY

If you choose to go to Kyoto by train, visit  http://www.westjr.co.jp/global/en/timetable/

The timetable is available at the link "Kansai-airport for Tennoji/Shin-Osaka/Kyoto(Osaka)".  Choose "Haruka"Kyoto, which is an express train for Kyoto.  If you use "Timetable & Fare Finder", please enter "Kansai-airport" in Departure Station and "Kyoto" in Destination Station.

Access to Kyoto from Osaka International Airport

The confernce place is Clock Tower Centennial Hall in The main campus of Kyoto University. See No. 3 building in the main campus map.
